Art Dolls again!

I really enjoy making these art dolls - not keen on some of the scarier ones, but they are a joy to do as you are never quite sure how they will turn out. Mine just sort of evolve as I go along.

I based this one on an idea I saw in Craft Stamper magazine and it is my entry for this month's Art Raffle at 3D Jean.

I have also been doing some postcard collages as they give more space than an ATC. I used the same images sheets on this one as I used on the village picture and the result made me smile.

  1. Oooh the lovely Julia!
She is looking mighty fine in red I must say.
Sue Roddis is brilliant. I liked her bird book shelf even better in this month's Craft Stamper (April 2010). I absolutely adore that magazine even though I hardly ever use stamps, I keep meaning to and then they never quite make it into whatever I am making!
I don't think I'm going to have time to make an art doll for the Art raffle, unless I pull my finger out PDQ! I would really like the chance to win your art doll though :-)

  2. Yes I love the projects in Craft Stamper but never seem to get around to doing many of them! This was the exception. I also like the bookshelf - in fact as I was looking at it again the other day thought I might make it this weekend - If I get the time!
